Goal: cook healthier, more flavorful food for my family. I plan to force myself (and my family) to try new foods and learn new cooking techniques.
I know that I can’t do it every day. There is not enough time to cook organic three-course meals on a daily basis. AND sometimes the kiddos just need some Pizza Rolls and Hot Dogs! (And sometimes mommy needs a brownie!) But I will strive to feed my family the food they deserve.
I also want to prove to other moms that cooking fresh foods/meals is NOT expensive or hard and it will improve your family’s health. I feed my family breakfast, lunch and dinner for under $60 per week!
